Job Description: As a Customer Care Executive for the Western Union Chat Process, you will be responsible for handling international campaigns through chat communication. Your role involves providing excellent customer service through chat interactions, working in a rotational shift schedule, and ensuring effective communication skills are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through chat interactions - Working in a rotational shift schedule - Ensuring effective communication skills are maintained at all times Qualifications Required: - Being an undergraduate - Having at least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred) - Possessing a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education - Proficiency in English language is a must Please note that the work location is in-office, and the job type is full-time and permanent. The salary for this position is 21k CC + 2k PLI for freshers and 25k CTC + 2k PLI for experienced candidates. The work schedule includes night shifts and rotational shifts. The company also offers Provident Fund benefits to its employees.,
