Job Description

A chat Support Executive provides real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. The role focuses on resolving queries, offering product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all interactions
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Work with other teams (technical, sales, or billing) to resolve issues
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,205.33 - ₹34,354.48 per month
