Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through live chat, in-app messaging, or website chat systems.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions in real time.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and concise written communication.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting service-level targets.
  • Record all conversations and customer details accurately in CRM/ticketing tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when needed.
  • Follow company scripts, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with timely and effective support.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and share feedback with the team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Age criteria : 18 to 29 years
  • Required experience : freshers to 2 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,114.86 - ₹33,331.28 per month
