Job Description :-
To handle operational tasks and day to day activities for CarDekho.
Managing customer and client escalations.
Managing backend and interdepartmental relationships.
Key Skills :-
Distinct customer focus and quality mindset.
Ability to work under pressure with a solid sense of setting priorities.
CRM systems, Ticketing systems, Excel.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Details :-
Flexible for rotational week-offs and shifts.
No requirements of leaves in the 3 months of joining.
Not preparing for the govt. exams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
