Chat Support Executive

As a Chat Support Executive at our company located in Gurgaon, Sector 48, your role primarily involves handling customer queries through chat and support channels. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues such as UPI transactions getting stuck, undelivered orders, and coupon codes not working. It is essential to deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via chat & support channels. - Resolve issues related to: - UPI transactions stuck - Order not delivered - Applied coupon code not working - Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 2 years of customer support experience in a chat or email. - Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills. - Willingness to work in a 9 AM - 9 PM project window.
