Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service team at Shaadi.com. Asa Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to ourusers via voice email and chat platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with customersfrom diverse backgrounds and cultures while contributing to the success of one of the leadingmatrimonial platforms in the world.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via voice, email and chat platforms.- Provide accurate information about our services, subscription plans, and membership features.- Assist customers in navigating our website and resolving any technical issues they encounter.- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.- Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding service standards and expectations.- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Ability to type quickly and accurately while chatting with customers.- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a telecalling, email, or chat environment, ispreferred but not mandatory. Shaadi.com- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.- Minimum educational qualification: HSC or equivalent.

Work Schedule:
-Rotational shift any 9 hours shift for Males, including night shift for males
- 2 rotational offs per week.
