Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Chat Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through live chat and providing accurate, timely, and professional responses while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and polite manner
Resolve issues related to products/services, orders, payments, or accounts
Provide accurate information and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain chat quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Document customer interactions and update records properly

Eligibility / Requirements

Any graduate or undergraduate (freshers welcome)
Good command of written English (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Strong willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills

Good communication and comprehension skills
Problem-solving mindset
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (training provided)
