Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide chat support to customers through various platforms
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via email.
Utilize blended process model to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possess excellent communication skills in English language both verbally and written.
Work on international chat processes with a focus on providing exceptional service.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong understanding of Chat Process, International Chat Process, Email Process, Blended Process models.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.

Requirements

Candidate Should have own laptop or Desktop
should have Intel i5 Processor 7 generation & above
Webcam Should be in a working condition
Only Broadband Internet Connection with the Speed of 20MPBS download and Upload
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation
Windows 10 and above required
Power backup
