Job Description

Prepare and analyze financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (e.g., Indian GAAP, IFRS).
Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, including returns, assessments, and audits.
Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits and liaise with external auditors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., ROC filings, GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Implement and monitor internal control systems and accounting policies.
Support strategic financial planning, including cost control and investment analysis.
Lead a team of accountants and finance staff and mentor junior professionals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior management for financial decision-making.
