Job Description

Company Overview:

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of Accounting, Tax, Audit, and M&A activities for Korean companies in India.
Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
Handle tax filings and develop tax-saving strategies.
Conduct internal and external audits.
Perform financial due diligence and valuations for M&A transactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide expert advisory services.

Qualifications:

Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Extensive experience in accounting, tax, audit, and M&A activities for international transactions and Korean companies in India.
Proficiency in English and regional languages (such as Hindi).
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks accurately and promptly.
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Korean companies in India.
Proven track record of handling complex international accounting and tax issues.
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Additional qualifications in law (LLB/LLM) or Company Secretary (CS) certification.
