standards We are looking for a CA Associate to specialize as a RERA ComplianceConsultant with our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience inRERA compliance, real estate project financials, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Support RERA registration, documentation, and end-to-end compliance for realestate projects Manage project accounting, financial reviews, and regulatory submissions underRERA Liaise with developers, authorities, and clients to ensure timely and accuratecompliance Maintain financial and compliance records as per RERA guidelines Assist in GST, direct and indirect taxation matters relating to real estate projects
Requirements:
CA qualification with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate/RERAcompliance In-depth understanding of RERA provisions and real estate regulation Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Immediate availability preferred
