Chartered Accountant-MIS

As an Assistant Manager - MIS at our company in Halasuru, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Management Information System (MIS) functions. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will conduct variance analysis, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and ensure the integrity of financial data within the MIS framework. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports. - Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Develop and implement data management policies and procedures. - Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices for operational efficiency. - Automate reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. - Support internal and external audit processes. - Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to gather and analyze data for decision-making. - Provide support and training to team members on MIS tools and processes. - Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations. Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - 1-3 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related roles. - Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
