Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements as per accounting standards.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Supervise revenue recognition in compliance with real estate industry norms.

Financial Analysis & MIS:

Prepare regular MIS reports including cash flow, profitability analysis, and project cost tracking.
Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and decision-making tools.

Project Accounting:

Manage project-wise costing, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
Evaluate cost-to-completion and monitor project profitability.

Key Requirements:

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Experience:
3–7 years post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles; experience in
real estate
or infrastructure industry is a strong plus
