Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–4 years of experience in fund accounting for Mutual Funds / Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) to join our audit team. The role involves end-to-end fund operations management, including NAV computation and regulatory compliance. Candidates must be comfortable traveling across the Western and Central Line in Mumbai and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations.
• Manage SEBI and CTR reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) guidelines.
• Monitor unit holdings, subscriptions, redemptions, and fund transfers (in/out).
• Calculate management fees, performance fees, and prepare distribution workings.
• Prepare and review statement of accounts and related fund documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–4 years of relevant fund accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, AIF operations, and related compliance requirements.
• Familiar with SEBI regulations and fund documentation processes.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel across Western and Central Line locations in Mumbai.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
