Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

MIS Responsibilities

Reporting:
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports to management and stakeholders.
Analysis:
Provide variance analysis, performance dashboards, and trend insights to support decision-making.
Automation:
Drive reporting automation using tools like Power BI, SAP, and Excel to reduce manual effort.

Internal Audit Responsibilities

Controls Review:
Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Reporting:
Present audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans to senior management.
Followup:
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and report progress.
Risk Management:
Identify fraud risks and recommend preventive measures.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel
Expertise in
quality

audit, risk management, and internal controls
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and highlight actionable insights
Excellent communication, reportwriting, and presentation skills
Ability to manage crossfunctional teams and work independently with integrity
