Chartered Accountant (FMS Vertical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance growth and profitability in the FMS vertical.

• Budgeting & Cost Control:

  Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize cost efficiencies and ensure sustainable financial performance.

• Statutory Compliance & Taxation:

  Ensure compliance with GST, direct/indirect taxes, and all statutory financial regulations, including audit requirements.

• Financial Reporting & MIS:

  Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly/quarterly MIS reports, and cash flow statements for decision-making.

• Project Funding & Investment:

  Manage project funding, restructuring, loan approvals, and optimize fund utilization for business expansion.

• Internal Controls & Risk Management:

  Establish robust financial controls, conduct risk assessments, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.

• Client & Vendor Financial Management:

  Oversee financial agreements, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with clients and vendors.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient financial operations and adherence to policies and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification:

  CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory. Additional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are an advantage.

• Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, statutory compliance, project funding, and cost optimization.

• Skills:

  Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with expertise in financial software and ERP systems.

• Communication:

  Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to liaise with senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies.
