Chartered Accountant – Direct Taxation

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in Direct Taxation to join one of our esteemed clients (Chartered Accountant Firm) in Kolkata. This role provides excellent exposure to tax compliance, advisory, and client management, offering the right platform for professional and entrepreneurial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance, return filing, and assessments related to Direct Taxation.
• Assist in tax planning, audits, and representation before tax authorities.
• Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Provide advisory support and solutions to clients on tax-related matters.
• Independently manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Direct Taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax laws and compliance procedures.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tax software tools.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
