ITOM Expertise: Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) toolsets, preferably ServiceNow
CMDB & Service Mapping: Strong knowledge in Service Asset Configuration Management
ServiceNow Development: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration/Development using JavaScript
Discovery & Automation: Experience in ITOM service management functions, CMDB service mapping, taxonomy, and automated data population
Networking & Cloud: Understanding of networking infrastructure and cloud platforms
Customization & Integration: Configuration, enhancements, and integrations within ServiceNow ITOM modules
Roles & Responsibilities:Implement CMDB Discovery & Service Mapping
Work with Networking, Infrastructure & Cloud technologies
Develop ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including automated CMDB data alignment
Document configurations, prepare training material, and ensure best practices
Certifications (Preferred):ServiceNow Administration Certification
ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Specialist Certification
