Chartered Accountant - Audit and Assurance

Role Overview: As a Chartered Accountant at MBSK & Co. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting statutory audits under the Companies Act 2013 - Performing tax audits as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act 1961 - Managing internal audits, limited reviews, due diligences, concurrent reviews, and bank audits - Finalizing financial statements - Supervising a team of accountants and articled assistants - Liaising with clients and overseas counterparts - Serving as a single point of contact for clients - Ensuring successful execution of assignments by possessing good technical knowledge - Coordinating with cross-service teams - Managing client relationships and deliverables - Overseeing billing and recovery processes - Developing subordinates" skills through training and development activities Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience in a team leader role - Excellent knowledge of accounting software, ERPs, accounting standards, tax laws, FEMA, and Corporate laws - Strong team management skills - Client handling experience - Analytical abilities - Self-driven work ethic - Effective communication skills with proficiency in English - Advanced skills in MS-Excel If you are looking to contribute your expertise in a dynamic and client-focused environment, we welcome your application to join our team at MBSK & Co.
