Job Description

About the Role:

qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize
financial statements
in compliance with
Ind AS / US GAAP / IFRS / Companies Act
.
Manage and review
monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
.
Lead
internal, statutory, and tax audits
in coordination with auditors.
Handle
direct and indirect tax compliance
including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Drive
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
to support decision-making.
Oversee
cash flow management, working capital analysis, and fund planning
.
Identify and implement
process improvements and internal controls
.
Prepare and present
MIS reports
and financial performance dashboards to management.
Support
strategic initiatives
such as cost optimization, ERP implementation, or automation projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong technical knowledge of
accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance
.
Proficiency in
Tally / SAP / Oracle / Excel
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members.
