Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and maintain the day-to-day financial records of our supermarket. Freshers who are recently qualified or pursuing final CA stages are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for those looking to gain hands-on accounting experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily income and expense records.
• Tally gross sales and verify cash, card, and UPI transactions at the end of each day.
• Reconcile sales data with physical cash and digital payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, purchase bills, and receipts.
• Support in maintaining ledgers, account books, and petty cash registers.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.
• Ensure all accounting practices comply with applicable rules and standards.

Qualifications:

• CA fresher or candidate pursuing CA.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the store manager and billing staff to track discrepancies.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
