Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer issues, emergency cases, and support post software updates if any issue persist

 Own and manage Customer Service Requests (CSR) from validation to resolution

 Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root cause analysis

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Ericsson Charging System nodes (OCC, CCN, SDP, AIR, NGVS,EMM,EDA)

 Analyse TCP/IP, SCTP, and Diameter protocol communications (Gy, Gx, Esy, Sy), CAMEL protocols, and BSS systems

 Integrate charging nodes with core network platforms (MSC, GGSN, IMS)

 Maintain strong customer relationships

 Participate in emergency handling and quick restoration of customer networks

Required Skills

Ericsson Charging System experience

Knowledge of Linux, Red Hat, OpenStack, Kubernetes

Hands-on with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, smartctrl, nmap, zabbix

Familiarity with cloud technologies, Cassandra

Programming in Python or Java

Strong understanding of telecom protocols and CS portfolio

Data analysis, customer problem management, and release/change management

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
