Job Description

As a Digital Content & Training Specialist at our office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing interactive workflows on the AR/3D platform catered specifically for service and sales teams. You will be responsible for assessing training needs and tailoring training programs to meet the unique requirements of different teams and departments. It will be your duty to collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide continuous support and coaching to employees on the utilization of digital training tools and resources. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in digital learning and training technologies will be essential. Your videography and editing skills will be put to use in creating visually appealing and informative video content that reinforces the learning objectives. Furthermore, you will facilitate the preparation for training sessions, workshops, seminars, and service training videos. Supporting the integration of new technologies and methodologies into the training process to enhance learning outcomes will also be a part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Multimedia Production, or a related field. Your proven experience in designing and delivering digital training programs will be valuable. Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and 3D rendering is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and manage multiple projects effectively are also necessary. Experience in precision/analytical instruments and services is a plus, as well as certification in instructional design, marketing, or training. Knowledge of emerging digital learning trends and tools, along with proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, InDesign) and familiarity with Mettler Toledo Lab Products, will be advantageous.
