Channel Sales - (Bihar, Odisha, North East) Internship

In this internship role at Indishreshtha Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company by taking on the following day-to-day responsibilities: - Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential distributors to explain brand USPs, margin structures, and onboard them. - Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new partners to expand the distribution network. - Ensure both primary and secondary sales by working closely with distributors and retailers. - Build strong market intelligence by gathering data and feedback from retailers. - Monitor stock movement, order cycles, and ensure distributor satisfaction for efficient operations. - Assist in rolling out trade schemes, providing marketing support, and driving visibility in retail channels. - Act as a liaison between the Head Office and the field team to ensure timely feedback and smooth execution of tasks. Note: This internship opportunity is open only to candidates located in Bihar, Odisha, and the North East regions. The role involves a combination of on-field work and work from home.
