Channel Sales Manager - Agency Health

As a Customer Service Manager (CSM) in the Agency Travel Team and Tie Ups, your primary role is to supervise business delivery and ensure profitable growth with Channel Management Agents. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the daily activities of producers to maintain a strong pipeline - Coaching and guiding agents to cross-sell and grow the business - Ensuring individual agents achieve a growth of at least 20% annually - Maintaining the quality of applications and supporting producers in policy services activities - Training agents on products, processes, and unique selling points of the company Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium - Ensuring sustainable profitability - Maintaining hygiene standards - Recruitment and retention of agents - Activation of agents You will interface with various stakeholders, including: Internal Stakeholders: - Operations (BOPs & COPs) for policy issuance - Underwriters for risk analysis - Finance Team for taxation handling - Human Resources for talent pool building - Training Team for employee training - NSM/RSM/ASM for suggestions External Stakeholders: - Agents - Brokers Experience: - 1-2 years of insurance experience - 3 to 4 years of experience leading a company/business line in Retail Sales Education: - Any Graduation,
