Channel Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

SIM Activation Management

• Ensure achievement of SIM activation targets through retail outlets within the assigned territory.

Retail Width & Product Availability

• Drive revenue market share by expanding retail presence and ensuring consistent product availability.

Channel Partner & FSE Productivity

• Manage and improve productivity of channel partners and field sales executives (FSEs).

FSE Training & Deployment

• Ensure distributors maintain the required number of trained FSEs and provide regular training as needed.

Stock Availability

• Monitor and ensure that distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels of SIMs and recharge products.

Distribution Strengthening

• Expand and enhance distribution by increasing the number of recharge-selling and SIM-selling outlets.

Distribution ROI Management

• Drive key distribution parameters, including return on investment (ROI) for both distributors and retailers.

Market Intelligence

• Gather and track competitor plans, pricing, and initiatives; report findings to the Jio Centre and State Sales & Distribution team.

Visibility Enhancement

• Identify and propose opportunities to improve product visibility and brand presence in the territory.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred)
