Channel Sales Lead

You will be responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets. Your key responsibilities will include driving Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability, managing productivity of Channel partners & FSE, training and ensuring required FSE with distributors, ensuring distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks, strengthening distribution by increasing Recharge Selling Outlets and SIM Selling Outlets, driving basic distribution parameters such as ROI of distributors & Retailers, gathering and monitoring competition plans, policies, best practices & initiatives and reporting to JC and State S&D Team, and proposing requirements to push for better visibility in the territory. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred) Experience Required: - Graduate: 4 - 8 Years - MBA: Min.2 - 6 Years Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of product and market - Knowledge of channel sales - Team management skills - Relationship management skills - Target orientation - Customer focus Please note that the location of the job is Meerut 2 - University Road.,
