Job Description

As a Channel Sales Executive at our startup backed by angel investors, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our business activities in the East, West, & South regions. Your primary responsibilities will include relationship management with channel partners, creating and executing business plans, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. Your skills in channel sales, account management, and partner management will be essential in driving our business growth. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day relationship with channel partners and act as a liaison between the company and partners. - Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and potential channel partners. - Coordinate with partners to develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals. - Analyze market trends to devise sales strategies that enhance brand awareness. - Maintain sales pipeline, forecast sales, and explore new business opportunities. - Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities. - Provide partners with updated information on new products and enhancements. - Cultivate professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts. - Collaborate with partner sales resources to sell through partner organizations to end users. - Meet sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. - Manage direct/channel conflict by ensuring effective communication between channel and direct teams. - Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements. - Engage in a partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives and financial targets. - Identify partners and collaborate with sales, services, and marketing teams to drive incremental joint revenue. **Qualification and Skills:** - 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or partner management. - Ability to effectively demonstrate our software platform to potential customers. - Possess an analytical and process-oriented mindset. - Be a proactive team player, self-starter, and multi-tasker who can quickly learn and adapt with minimal supervision. In addition to a challenging role, we offer a flexible shift, a substantial hike on your current salary, and the opportunity to work full-time in a regular, permanent, or hybrid (work from office, on-field) capacity at our Thane, Mumbai location. For candidates outside Mumbai, shared accommodation will be provided. The joining period is within 0-1 month, and the remuneration includes an attractive salary plus ESOPs.
