About The Role

Channel Partnership Lead/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop partner enablement programs including training, sales tools, and resources.
  • Drive sales growth through partner networks by aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide regular updates, and ensure target achievement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to support partner success.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential channel opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Negotiate agreements, incentives, and contracts with partners.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on partner performance and revenue contribution.

Requirements:

1)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

2)48 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.

3)Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner relationships.

4)Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5)Ability to analyze partner performance metrics and drive improvements.

6)Experience in developing go-to-market strategies with partners.

7)Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

8)High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
