Exp- 4 to 7 years

Required Skills

Managing the lifecycle of all the changes and to minimize the impact of incidents.
End to End IT Change and Service Management & Execution.
Requirement gathering & Analysis of the situation.
Plan, coordinate and control the restoration of complex and high impact system changes that occur within the production environment.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain Incident, Change reports in a common database and have a weekly consolidated report published to the team.
Update and Leads the change advisory board (CAB)
Facilitate and perform Change process to identify causes of critical incidents and follow-up on preventive Action items.
Conduct Daily meetings with client and in-house technical teams to work on preventive action items for Change management.
