1. Managing Change Requests-Prioritizing, assessing and approving or rejecting change requests. For our application, creating the change requests and ensuring they align with business needs and operational requirements 2. Attending Change Advisory Board (CAB), when required 3. Documenting and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of changes (using Bell's application(s), their impacts and outcomes 4. Process Design: Developing and implementing change management process to streamline the change lifecycle, including automation 5. Change Impact & Risk Management: Impact Assessment-Evaluate the impact of the proposed change on the various aspects of Bell (operations, users & systems) 6. Change Impact & Risk Management: Risk Identification & Mitigation-Identify potential risks associated with the change and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption 7. Change Impact & Risk Management: Evaluating Bell's readiness for the change and develop a plan to address the gaps 8. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively to the stakeholders; engage other teams if training and incremental support is needed, due to the change 9. Performance & Reporting: Define success metrics; and Reporting & Updates: Provide regular reporting to management and teams on the progress of the change and general reporting 10. Supporting and developing team members (when applicable) 11. Collaboration with other application teams and members of the Bell Change Board
