Job Description

In this role at NTT DATA, you will be the Senior Associate Change Control Analyst, responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of IT services by working on less complex change requests in a controlled and coordinated manner. Your main responsibilities include: - Implementing the change control strategy, processes, policies, and methods as per ITIL principles - Managing the complete change management lifecycle for simple changes - Receiving and processing requests for changes, classifying and prioritizing them based on importance, impact, and complexity - Assessing risks and technical impacts associated with changes and ensuring proper resolution by the technical team - Planning, coordinating, and prioritizing changes based on relatedness and using schedules to track and report on their fulfillment - Participating in review boards, reporting on related metrics, and ensuring proper documentation, approval, and tracking of changes - Monitoring the progress of changes and ensuring their successful implementation In addition to your responsibilities, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and attributes: - Developing analytical and reasoning skills - Ability to interpret processes and policies - Good communication skills and the ability to present information effectively - Establishing rapport with internal and external stakeholders - Proactive approach, attention to detail, and delivery-focused mindset - Understanding technical and business aspects of the organization - Project management skills to coordinate changes across teams - Identifying potential risks associated with changes - Problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities Qualifications and certifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - ITIL certification - Preferred certification in Change Control Manager or similar Ideal candidates should have a moderate level of experience in change control and/or release management roles in an IT services environment. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and analyzing processes for improvements is also desirable.
