Job Description

The role requires 100% office attendance in Pune during European hours (approximately 8 am to 5 pm CET). As an IT Change Enablement Expert at Service Control, you will be responsible for defining, standardizing, and implementing service management processes. Your primary focus will be on adapting the Change Enablement process to align with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery requirements, as well as collaborating with experts to incorporate new automation concepts. Your key responsibilities will include developing Change Enablement digital strategy processes, managing day-to-day change enablement workflow tasks, engaging with relevant stakeholders to drive delivery tasks, and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities. To excel in this role, you must possess experience in IT Change Enablement/Change Management for large organizations, familiarity with ITIL 3 or 4 and the Microsoft suite of tools, a deep understanding of risks in the System Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and change environments, and knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts and tools such as ServiceNow and Gitlab. Additionally, you should be well-versed in devops, agile methodologies, and possess strong analytical, reporting, and data manipulation skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate attention to detail, programming and/or automation skills, a dynamic team player attitude, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to produce accurate information under tight deadlines. Experience with ServiceNow, M365 suite tooling, DevOps foundation certification, Gitlab CI/CD, AI tooling (CoPilot, etc.), and reporting platforms like PowerBi would be advantageous but not mandatory.,
