Change Management/Instructional Design

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in instructional design. Knowledge of change readiness, change adoption, change strategy, and PROSCI would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience post-masters, and an MBA or Masters degree is required for educational qualification.
