Change and Learning - Staff

As an experienced Change Management and Learning Specialist within the GDS Strategic Transformation Team at EY, your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality deliverables for change and learning transformation projects. You will collaborate with Business Initiative Leaders and Engagement Leads to manage various deliverables, establish strong stakeholder relationships, and exceed client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing tailored recommendations for change and/or training interventions based on business requirements - Creating actionable deliverables for different components of change management and learning - Designing high-quality training content across multiple modalities - Developing behavioral interventions to support clients in executing change activities - Creating change and learning tools to support internal team members in future engagements - Utilizing authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Vyond, etc. - Leading discussions with clients/stakeholders to understand design requirements and advocate for user needs - Supporting the development of thought leadership collaterals, techniques, and methodologies - Applying consulting best practices and techniques in all work endeavors Preferred Skills and Characteristics: - Strong presentation skills and critical thinking abilities - High levels of integrity, energy, agility, and adaptability - Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and working effectively in diverse teams - Experience in supporting learning lifecycle activities and change management - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Commitment to knowledge sharing and fostering a learning environment - Knowledge of Adobe Suite and other relevant design software - Experience in learning design and content development What We Offer: - The opportunity to work with a global team of experts in a leading professional services organization - A challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and international work environment - Opportunities for personal and professional development - Competitive salary and benefits package - A supportive and collaborative team culture In this role, you will undertake activities such as surveys and stakeholder interviews, client presentations and workshops, data interpretation and synthesis, project management, change/solution activation and support, and business development and market initiatives.
