Job Description

Role Overview: At EY, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams that aim to shape the future with confidence. As a Change Management and Learning Specialist within the GDS Strategic Transformation Team, you will play a crucial role in managing deliverables and establishing strong stakeholder relationships. Your focus areas will include change management, learning and development, and design-related activities for various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Produce high-quality deliverables for change and learning transformation projects, serving both GDS and the wider global network. - Act as a key contributor in change and/or learning workstreams within transformation projects to exceed client and stakeholder expectations. - Facilitate discussions on change and training with key stakeholders, developing tailored recommendations to translate business requirements into effective interventions. - Generate actionable deliverables for different components of change management and learning. - Develop training content across multiple modalities and align with stakeholder agreements. - Design and develop behavioral interventions to support clients in executing change activities and fostering a culture of change. - Create change and learning tools and accelerators to support internal team members in future engagements. - Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Vyond, etc., and establish expertise in one or more of these tools. - Lead discussions with clients/stakeholders to understand design requirements, propose options, and advocate for user needs. - Support the development of thought leadership collaterals, techniques, and methodologies to enhance market activation of solutions within the practice. - Apply consulting best practices and techniques in all work endeavors. Qualifications Required: - Strong presentation skills with conceptual, critical, and consultative thinking abilities. - High levels of integrity, energy, agility, adaptability, and work ethic. - Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and working effectively in global settings. - Experience in learning lifecycle activities and change management roles. - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications and Adobe Suite. - Commitment to knowledge sharing and fostering a learning environment. - Experience in learning design and content development using instructional design techniques.
