Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations within our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic financial planning, revenue and cost management, hospitality KPIs, and cash flow optimization. You will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, manage contracts and assets, oversee investor relations, and implement robust risk management strategies. Proficiency in ERP/PMS systems and strong analytical capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning:

  • Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans for management review.

Revenue & Cost Management:

  • Monitor and analyze revenue streams, operating costs, and profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Hospitality KPIs & Cash Flow:

  • Track key performance indicators for revenue, occupancy, and departmental performance.
  • Ensure effective cash flow management to support operations and capital requirements.

Compliance & Contracts:

  • Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, lease agreements, and procurement compliance.

Asset Control & Risk Management:

  • Manage company assets, ensuring accurate tracking and protection.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Investor Relations & Reporting:

  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses for investors and senior management.
  • Support strategic decision-making through actionable financial insights.

ERP/PMS & Analytics:

  • Oversee ERP/PMS implementation and usage to streamline finance operations.
  • Leverage analytics to enhance financial decision-making and operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience with ERP/PMS systems, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality KPIs, revenue management, and cash flow optimization.
