Position Overview

CFA and/or FRM professional

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth

  financial analysis, valuation, and investment research

  to support portfolio strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor

  risk management frameworks

  (market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks).
• Perform

  stress testing, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis

  to assess portfolio vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with investment, treasury, and risk teams to ensure

  alignment of risk appetite with business strategy

  .
• Develop

  risk models and dashboards

  to track exposures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights on

  capital allocation, asset-liability management, and hedging strategies

  .
• Present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on

  risk-adjusted returns

  and portfolio performance.
• Stay updated with

  global financial markets, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

  .

Required Qualifications & Skills

CFA Charterholder and/or FRM Certified

• Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  

• 0-2 years of professional experience

  in investment management, risk management, or financial advisory.
• Strong command of

  quantitative methods, financial modeling, and risk assessment tools

  .
• Expertise in

  capital markets, derivatives, structured products, and fixed income

  instruments.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, or R

  for financial analysis and risk modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Strong

  communication and presentation skills

  to engage with stakeholders and clients.
