Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Phlebotomist, located on-site in Kolkata. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for the collection, labeling, and processing of blood samples. Day-to-day tasks include performing venipunctures, ensuring proper sample handling, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety protocols. The Phlebotomist will also assist in laboratory procedures and work collaboratively with medical and laboratory staff.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Blood Collection procedures
• Strong Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting
• Background in Medicine
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Relevant certification or training in Phlebotomy is a plus
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is beneficial
