Knowledge Base & Required Skills:

• Cerner RadNet

  (Orders, Documentation, Worklists)

• Cerner PowerChart

• Integration experience with

  Agfa PACS

• Proficiency in system

  design, configuration, implementation

  , and

  maintenance

• Strong understanding of

  radiology workflows

  and healthcare application systems
• Experience in a

  multidisciplinary IT or clinical support environment

• Excellent troubleshooting and

  problem-solving

  skills
• Clear and effective

  written and verbal communication

  abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  day-to-day operations

  of Radiology Information Systems (IS) applications

• Design, build, test, and maintain

  Cerner Radiology modules and integrations
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with

  implementations and software updates

• Develop and maintain

  testing protocols

  ; coordinate system testing with end users
• Work collaboratively across departments to support radiology and clinical IS applications
• Ensure

  change management

  processes are followed with detailed documentation
• Contribute to system

  stability, optimization

  , and

  continuous improvement

• Analyze and interpret

  complex system data

  for system performance and enhancements
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation

  , support guides, and user manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in

  remote support environments

• Prior involvement in large-scale Cerner

  go-lives

  or upgrades
• Familiarity with

  HL7

  interfaces and other healthcare interoperability standards
• Exposure to other

  PACS/RIS systems

  besides Agfa is a plus
