Cerner FSI Analyst

Job Description: As an experienced Cerner FSI Onshore Lead with 5-9 years of experience, your main responsibility will be managing and overseeing interface development and support activities in a healthcare IT setting. You will collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with healthcare data exchange standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage onshore Cerner FSI operations - Coordinate with offshore teams for seamless collaboration - Gather interface requirements from clinical and technical teams - Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Cerner FSI interfaces - Troubleshoot interface-related issues and ensure timely resolutions - Comply with healthcare data exchange standards - Perform root cause analysis for continuous improvement - Create and maintain interface documentation - Facilitate stakeholder communication - Work closely with other EHR systems and integration partners Qualification Required: - Cerner Certified preferred - Prior experience in leading healthcare IT projects - Expertise in Cerner FSI architecture, HL7, and interface design - Strong collaboration skills with offshore teams,
