Job Description:
We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Kangaroo Kids International Preschool in Sector 49, Gurgaon. As Centre & Operations Head, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure academic excellence, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational management and leadership
- Academic oversight and quality control
- Parent engagement and communication
- Business development and marketing
- Budget management and financial planning
- Ensuring safety and compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the education sector
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Business Management, or related fields
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
