You will play a crucial role in supervising both academic and non-academic operations, ensuring discipline, managing staff and student relations, and maintaining effective communication with management and parents. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring academic and administrative efficiency. - Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth academic delivery. - Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall campus decorum. - Organize and supervise college events, examinations, and other academic activities. - Ensure adherence to college policies, rules, and safety regulations. - Handle communication between management, faculty, students, and parents. - Support in staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation. - Maintain proper documentation and reports related to academic and administrative activities. - Foster a positive and student-centric learning environment on campus. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education, Administration, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role in an educational institution (preferably PU or higher secondary level). - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. - Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.
