Job Summary:

The Centre In-charge will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and smooth functioning of the college campus. The role involves supervising academic and non-academic operations, ensuring discipline, managing staff and student relations, and maintaining effective communication with management and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring academic and administrative efficiency.
• Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth academic delivery.
• Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall campus decorum.
• Organize and supervise college events, examinations, and other academic activities.
• Ensure adherence to college policies, rules, and safety regulations.
• Handle communication between management, faculty, students, and parents.
• Support in staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports related to academic and administrative activities.
• Foster a positive and student-centric learning environment on campus.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role in an educational institution (preferably PU or higher secondary level).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience working in PU or similar academic institutions.
• Ability to handle student, staff, and parent queries professionally.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to educational excellence and student development.
