Centre Head (Pre School)

As a Center Manager/Franchise Development Manager with 3-7 years of experience, your role will involve managing the onboarding of franchises and overseeing end-to-end onboarding and business setup for franchisees, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. You will be required to: - Create a detailed business plan tailored to the city and identified area. - Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc.) to prospective franchise partners. - Conduct competitor analysis and area surveys to identify suitable locations for setting up franchises. - Stay updated on the latest regulations regarding permissions and NOCs required for establishing preschools, elementary schools, and K-12 schools across India. - Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other events nationwide. - Stay informed about the latest advertising, marketing, and promotional trends in the market. - Understand the franchise mode of operations and act as a liaison between franchisees and the company to maintain strong business relations. - Negotiate agreements and finalize deals with potential franchisees. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and new franchisees as well as liaise with K-12 schools across the state. - Be willing to travel extensively across the country. Experience: 3 - 7 Years Salary: 3 Lac to 6 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
