You will be joining the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at Mahindra University, Hyderabad, as a faculty member. The CEI is an interdisciplinary Centre with a core focus on balancing education with experience through entrepreneurial projects aimed at addressing society's complex challenges. As a part of the Babson College Collaborative, the centre is dedicated to providing students, alums, and faculty with the necessary skills and mindset for entrepreneurship. - Conduct entrepreneurship research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. - Secure external funding and collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects. - Develop and teach entrepreneurship and innovation courses such as tech entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance, and lean methodology. - Utilize experiential pedagogies to mentor students. - Mentor graduate students and junior faculty, guiding research and professional growth. - Contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship program. - Engage with the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and participate in university committees. - Stay updated with industry trends by attending events and building a professional network. - Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related field (or relevant experience for Practice positions). - Strong research record with significant publications in reputable journals. - Proven success in securing external research funding and grants. - Excellence in teaching with experience in curriculum development and innovative pedagogical methods. - Commitment to mentoring students and leadership in collaborative academic environments. - Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with external stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.,
