Central Supply Chain Planning Role

As a Supply Chain Planning Lead in our company, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing Order Levels (OLs) based on sales data and working on material planning to ensure adequate stock availability in stores for our customers. You will need to understand inventory models in FMCG warehouses and Distribution Centers (DCs) and execute them as per the specific requirements. Your role will involve demand planning with a special focus on season-based volumes, requiring close collaboration with the Category team. Your responsibilities will also include implementing FMCG supply chain matrix to meet customer service parameters, long-term demand forecasting, and space forecasting. You will be tasked with network planning and creating roadmaps to adapt to changing business dynamics while ensuring service levels are maintained. Additionally, you will work towards improving service levels with higher efficiency by optimizing inventory and space at DCs and stores. To excel in this role, you will need to coordinate with various functions such as Warehouse, Integration, Category, and others to establish a robust supply chain process. Periodic analysis of ageing and high inventory articles will be part of your responsibilities, involving collaboration with the category and integration teams to control these issues. Desired Experience: - Previous experience working as a Supply Chain Planning Lead in Distribution Centers and Distribution networks for large FMCG companies is preferred.,
