ROTATIONAL SHIFTS (NIGHT SHIFTS INCLUDED)

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

Continuous Monitoring

- Real-time tracking of patient vitals and ECG, analyze trends, improve monitoring accuracy.
Alert Management

- Validate alerts to reduce false positives, prioritize by severity, escalate emergencies immediately.
Record Maintenance

- Document alerts and actions, maintain secure records, generate reports for quality improvement.
Follow-Up & Assessment

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient conditions, ensure effective interventions, refine monitoring process.
Collaboration

- Work with support executives remotely for accurate data collection, improve coordination and processes.
Emergency Communication

- Maintain direct channels with medical teams, implement and practice rapid response protocols.
Training & Support

- Train and guide healthcare staff and hospital executives on monitoring systems, data interpretation, and escalation procedures.
