Central Merchandiser & NPI - Precia

As a Merchandising Specialist for Precia Collections, your role involves implementing the merchandising strategy and New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure growth and profitability. You will be responsible for creating and obtaining approval for unique design codes, coordinating with various stakeholders, negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers, and maintaining the product catalogue and design bank. Additionally, you will facilitate NPI meetings, design planograms, and manage stock levels based on customer preferences and market trends.
