Role Overview As a Center Relations Executive , you will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth front-desk experience, providing accurate information, and maintaining the operational flow of the center. We are looking for someone with 6 months or more of experience in a front office, school, coaching institute, or banking environment. Key Responsibilities *Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude *Manage incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments or individuals *Provide clear information regarding courses, batches, schedules, and events *Maintain daily student attendance records and oversee check-in/check-out processes *Coordinate room and batch schedules in collaboration with the faculty and operations team *Handle walk-in inquiries, admission-related questions, and basic troubleshooting *Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times *Support administrative duties including data entry, file maintenance, and basic reporting *Maintain confidentiality and uphold excellent customer service standard Qualifications & Skills *Minimum 6 months of experience in a front office/customer-facing role (experience in schools, coaching institutes, or banking preferred) *Graduate in any discipline *Strong communication skills in Hindi and English *Proficient in MS Office and general computer usage *Pleasant personality with professional grooming and demeanor *Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
